I was attacked by 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 – the odds were against me! Luckily 2, 4, 6 and 8 were there to even things out!

Maths in the first term of Year 2 concentrates on understanding the value of each digit in a number and how to add and subtract numbers.

The weekly home learning on the White Rose website has super videos.  Unfortunately, the workbooks they refer to aren’t available to us, but the children will still learn lots from answering the questions and listening to the teaching.
