Wraparound Care Provision

We are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new wraparound care provision at Clapgate Primary School, starting in September 2025. This extended service is designed to support families by offering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children from Reception to Year 6, both before and after the school day.

A Flexible, High-Quality Offer for Families

Our wraparound care goes beyond standard childcare. With up to 100 places available each day (50 in the morning and 50 in the afternoon), we provide a structured, engaging programme that caters to the needs and interests of all children. Whether families require regular provision or occasional support, this service offers flexibility and peace of mind.

Session Times and Prices

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions, with meals included in selected options:

Morning Sessions:

  • 7.30am – 8.50am: £5.00 (includes breakfast)
  • 8.00am – 8.50am: £4.00 (no breakfast)

Afternoon Sessions:

  • 3.20pm – 5.30pm: £9.00 (includes tea)
  • 3.20pm – 4.30pm: £5.00 (no tea)

Bookings are made via Arbor, and eligible families can access financial support through Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare schemes. We encourage all parents to check their eligibility using the government’s Childcare Choices website
