Egg decorating competition

Recently, the arts council organised the annual Easter egg decorating competition. They designed and made posters to go up around school to advertise the event for our children and families. Social media posts were created and a letter sent out to all of our families inviting children from EYFS to year 6 to have a go and join in with the fun of designing and making an Easter egg entry. The arts council had the difficult job of judging the entries and awarding the prizes for each class. Every child was given a small Cadbury’s cream egg (which were kindly donated by Green Core) as a reward for entering the competition and having a go. We had just under 200 entries across school which is a fantastic effort. A big thanks to everyone that took part and to our arts council for their hard work in organising this event.
