On Monday 2nd March 2026, the staff at Clapgate went to Wike Campsite to take part in a team-building training day. It was full of fun, team work and communication. The staff had a range of activities to complete throughout the day. The aim of the training day was to benefit communication, problem solving, team – building and well-being. It was also a great opportunity to expand our outdoor learning knowledge and transfer some of the activities into the class. The staff had a fantastic day and benefited from the great outdoors!
