Well done to our U11’s who played away vs Gledhow in the Champion of Champions quarter finals on Monday 15th June. A great game showing high quality football from both sides
Leo scored our opener with a long range strike to go 1 up, followed before half time with a goal from Dexter to double our lead.
After the break Geldhow came back and levelled with 2 quick goals.
With 30 seconds to go, we got a corner. Leo floated a peach of a ball into the box where Freddie S met it with a bullet header. This was decisive as it was the last touch of the game. The whistle blew and the game was won- 3-2 to Clapgate!!
