On Red Nose Day – 20th March 2026, our staff put together a talent show to entertain the children and raise money for Comic Relief. We had representatives from every Key Stage taking part, showing off a range of talents from ‘classical ballet’ to Dizzee Rascal! Children were excited to clap along and join in with the singing and some of our school council appeared as judges with their cutting remarks. The show was filmed and broadcast by BBC Look North for the second year running. We are thrilled to raise the profile of our wonderful school! The eventual winners were Superstar Mashup (Year 6 team). We raised a whopping £257 for Comic Relief which support charities in this area and nationwide.
