Well done to our Girls Football Team who got their first win against St Philips at home on Wednesday 11th March. The girls went into the game feeling united and driven and this showed in their performance throughout. Encouraging one another constantly, concentrated throughout and putting in fantastic performances across the whole game.
Alexis scored the first goal. St Philips then scored to make it 1-1. The girls remained focused and Thea scored a 2nd goal to make it 2-1. Clapgate were unstoppable then with a total of 5 goals from Alexis, 1 goal from Thea and 1 goal from Lavinia! A fantastic performance and a very well deserved win.
