The arts council have been busy transforming two, existing benches into colourful, friendship benches to help children feel less lonely at break and lunchtimes. Our school arts council organised the annual Easter egg decorating competition. Every child from EYFS to year 6 were invited to get creative and have a go at designing and making an egg entry. To celebrate Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day, Clapgate held our very own version of The Masked Singer. Children each paid £1 to attend the show and enjoyed singing along to the undercover stars.
